Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us on [email protected] with photos
and a description of your order. We will then assess your case and determine if a replacement or
refund will be provided. You will be refunded by the same payment method that you originally used
to place your order. We cannot refund shipping costs.
Insurance
Our standard shipping costs does not include insurance. Lost packages do not qualify for refunds.
