National project aims to increase the economic participation of refugees and migrants

As a specialist in diversity and inclusion recruitment, Community Corporate will be delivering the Culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) career connections project until December 2026.

This three-year national project will seek to build capability, confidence and connections between employers and refugee and migrant job seekers.

The project will bridge the gap between refugee and migrant job seekers and employers to increase access to meaningful job opportunities and career pathways by delivering upskilling initiatives that remove barriers to participation for both employers and job seekers.
